T.J. Reisdorf, JD, CTFA
Managing Partner
| T.J. is a Managing Partner at the BDM&O Financial Group. A graduate of Saint Vincent College, Mr. Reisdorf received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Duquesne University School of Law. After graduating from Law School, T.J. joined Thomson Corporation as a Westlaw Account Manager.
Mr. Reisdorf entered the financial services industry in 2004 when he joined PNC Advisors. With over 17 years of experience working at financial institutions, T.J. assists individuals with portfolio management & investment planning as well as retirement, tax, and estate planning. Mr. Reisdorf is a resident of Moon Township with his wife, Robin, and their three children, Evan, Hadley and Harper. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and coaching lacrosse as a Platinum Certified Coach(Level III.)

Joe is a managing partner of BDM&O Financial Group with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Joe offers a complete range of financial planning services with a focus on complex wealth management strategies. Joe is a 1985 graduate of Duquesne University and currently resides with his wife in the North Hills.

Marcy Lima
Marcy joined our firm as an Office Administrator in April 2017. She is a 2009 graduate of Drexel University with a B.S. in Business Administration and has seven years of client service experience. She currently manages our office operations and is the primary client liaison for administrative activities related to client accounts. Marcy handles record keeping, account administration, and client tracking.
Marcy resides in Millvale with her husband. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and her dog, Ziggy.

Kent J Markle
President
As a founder of BDM&O Financial Group, Inc., Kent currently serves as President and Managing Partner. In his twenty-eight plus years of industry experience, he has focused his practice on individual portfolio management and corporate retirement plans. Kent is a 1987 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with B.S. in mathematics and currently resides with his wife and two daughters in Lower Burrell. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, remodeling, and performing firework displays as a certified pyrotechnician.
